Step 1: Soak & Restore

DIRECTIONS:

Pour approximately 1/4 cup of salts into warm water (95-100 degrees F) when first drawing the bath. Soak for 10-20 minutes. To enhance the experience, add a small amount Heublemen Bath, or your favorite Aromatherapy Bath & Body Oil.

DIRECTIONS:

Add a few drops to your bath, inhale deeply from your palms, or rub on your temples and back of neck before bedtime. The comforting aromatherapy blend helps quiet a busy mind and encourages relaxation.



Step 3: Nourish & Relax

Chamomile Body Lotion

Chamomile helps comfort the senses while providing nourishing hydration to leave skin soft and the body feeling calm.

DIRECTIONS:

Massage onto the body using slow, gentle movements. Apply daily after bathing or for extra moisture any time. Reapply as needed.

Chamomile Shower/Bath Gel

Helps signal the transition from
day to night and begins the relaxation process.

DIRECTIONS:

Use in a warm shower or bath to gently cleanse while introducing calming chamomile aromatherapy.

Rest & Reset

Therapist Recommendation: For best results, begin this ritual 30–60 minutes beforebedtime. Dim the lights, disconnect from screens, and allow the calming aromasand magnesium-rich soak to help transition the body and mind into sleep mode.
