Step 1: Soak & Restore

Mineral Wellness Soak

Contains a perfect, rare balance of 60 essential minerals and trace elements to deeply Nourish, detoxify and rebalance the body.

DIRECTIONS:

Pour approximately 1/4 cup of salts into warm water (95-100 degrees F) when first drawing the bath. Soak for 10-20 minutes. To enhance the experience, add a small amount Heublemen Bath, or your favorite Aromatherapy Bath & Body Oil.

Step 2: Warm & Revitalize

Organic Ginger Bath & Body Oil

Ginger, Coriander and Plai essential oils energize and invigorate the senses while moisturizing and nourishing the skin. This certified organic body oil deeply penetrates to relax aching muscles and joints while helping to warm and stimulate the body.

DIRECTIONS:

Apply to cleansed skin, concentrating on dry areas. For a revitalizing soak, add two capfuls of oil to body- temperature water. Soak for 15-20 minutes. Not recommended during pregnancy.

Step 3: Recover & Relieve

Recovery Massage Balm

Experience the rejuvenating blend of Menthol, Cinnamon, and Vanilla oils, artfully formulated to revitalize and soothe tense muscles. Massage this warming balm onto your skin to melt away the stress of physical activities and demanding days.

DIRECTIONS:

Massage into areas of tension – such as legs, arms, neck, and shoulders – using upward strokes and circular motions. The balm will naturally warm upon contact with your skin. Wash hands after use. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If needed, gloves can be used by a therapist if completing several massages. For external use only.

WARNINGS: For adult use only. Should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Avoid use on sensitive or sunburned skin.

Remineralizing Body Crème

Rich in essential mineral salts,
this soothing crème is excellent for use after sports, sun exposure or the Mineral Wellness Soak. Helps relieve the feeling of tired, aching muscles and joints, as it nourishes and moisturizes the skin.

DIRECTIONS:

After soaking in a bath, massage Remineralizing Body Crème onto slightly damp body. Leave on overnight. Repeat for 10-20 nights. For added benefit, mix one part crème to two parts romatherapy body oil.
